- Tagline: “Create stories, not clips.” Stories vs clips, never long vs short.
- Director Memory Graph elevated as the primary moat. Per-customer compounding data that over time becomes a per-customer fine-tuned adapter surviving model swaps.
- Conversion Signal Flywheel added as moat #2. Outcome data (hooks held, CTAs converted, thumbnails earning impressions) is exclusive to CSM, no API provider sees it.
- Ra elevated as IP. Named character with opinions, not a chatbot. Runs on X as @Ra_TheAgent. Structurally uncopyable by model-layer competitors.
