Ecosystem Map

CreatorStudio is a Studio-layer product. It sits above the model layer, orchestrates fifteen AI models under one brief, and compounds a per-creator Director Memory Graph that turns raw generation into stories, not clips.

The AI video market fractures into four layers. Three are crowded. One is empty, and that is the seat CreatorStudio claims.

The model labs ship generation, not a directing surface. The legacy platforms protect pre-AI tooling. The vertical tools stay narrow by design. The Studio layer is where one brief ships a coherent, character-consistent story across a multi-model pipeline, with memory that compounds per creator. That is where CreatorStudio lives.

CreatorStudio routes fifteen external models through one internal pipeline. A creator briefs the Studio, not a model. Agent Ra picks the right model per shot.

Used for keyframe generation, keyframe-to-video motion, and scene-level visual continuity.

  • Google Veo 3
  • OpenAI Sora 2
  • Kling 2.5
  • Runway
  • Pika
  • Luma
  • Seedance
  • Hailuo

Used for dialogue, voice continuity per character, score, and ambient.

  • ElevenLabs (dialogue and voice cloning)
  • MINIMAX (complementary audio generation)

Used for image generation per shot, stills, and upstream assets.

  • FLUX 1.1 (image generation)
  • Additional image, upscaling, and audio models (the stack totals fifteen-plus)

The creator never sees a model name unless they ask. They see a Studio. When a better model ships, Ra adds it to the routing pool without changing the creator’s workflow.

The Studio is composed of a small set of modules that all read from and write to the same Director Memory Graph.

ModuleWhat it does
AI Movie MakerHero module. Logline in, structured narrative out. Chapters, scenes, characters, a six-stage generation pipeline (keyframe, video, dialogue, audio, effects, render), all visible, controllable, re-runnable.
Channel AnalyzerThe free top-of-funnel. Paste a channel URL, get a Director Memory Graph of voice, visual fingerprint, audience signal, format DNA, and conversion patterns within about three minutes.
Director Memory GraphThe moat. Per-creator compounding data: voice, cast, format, audience signal, and outcome data (what converted, what held attention, what drove clicks). Every render enriches it. Every brief reads from it.
Live Studio24x7 autonomous streaming. Powers six concurrent streams across Aditya Music and Aditya Bhakthi.
Subtitle StudioAuto-captions plus multilingual dubbing. One story, every language, per-platform variants.
PublishingYouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn. Calendar and 24x7 stream automation.
BackupEvery frame, every version, every character, vaulted.

Intelligence, Memory, and Orchestration are the three pillars under Ra. Memory is the durable moat; orchestration is the mechanism that makes the Studio work today. For the full routing story, see Model Orchestration. For the generation stages, see Video Pipeline.

The creator briefs once. Ra routes the brief against the Graph, selects models per shot, assembles the render, publishes to the target platforms, and the outcome data folds back into the Graph.

memory feedback loop

The feedback loop is what separates CreatorStudio from a wrapper. Model providers see prompts; CreatorStudio sees outcomes. Over time, Ra’s routing decisions are not just about visual quality, they are optimized for what actually works for each creator’s audience. Public beta opens April 20, 2026.
